We like to provide a higher quality product and service at competitive rental rates. Once tenants view our units, they often come back to say "your apartment units are much nicer than what we have viewed elsewhere." Because we concentrate on quality over quantity in all aspects of our operation, we expect to attract higher quality tenants. If you consider yourself as such, we will make sure to earn your business and keep you as a satisfied tenant. As a consequence of our tenant qualifying procedures, you can be more assured that your neighboring tenants have also met our standards, and will make for good, considerate neighbors. In conclusion, we do not tolerate irresponsible and/or inconsiderate tenants for long. If we make a mistake in placing such a tenant, we take the appropriate action to remove that tenant(s), if necessary. We want to provide you with a relatively quiet and peaceful place to call home.
